K. Balakrishnan(Bala),
Managing Director. He is a visionary
and a technology entrepreneur. He is responsible
for nurturing, developing and maintaining
the cutting edge technology skill-sets of
the organisation. He leads by example and
has set high standards of excellence for the
product and ethical business practices. He
pursues business with a passion and belief
that it will bring in social change. The core
team of BK System consists of young &
dynamic engineers with a passion and drive
to develop products that address the customer's
business needs.

With a
vision and focus of developing technology
products meeting the customer's business needs,
Mr. Balakrishnan
(Bala) started BK Systems
as a proprietership concern in the year 1993
(it was later incorporated as private limited
company in the year 1995). Prior to starting
BK Systems, he was working at the R &
D department of HCL Technologies as Systems
Engineer. He was responsible for the design
and implementation of the 1st indigenously
developed firmware of X.25 protocol.
Bala received
his B.E. with Honours degree in Electronics
& Communication Engineering from Regional
Engineering College, Trichy (now called National
Institute of Technology), one of the premier
engineering colleges in India.
B. Srikrishna Bhat Vice President
B. Srikrishna Bhat
joined BK Systems in the year 1995. He is currently
responsible for the sales and marketing activities at
BK Systems. He additionally oversees the human resources
and overall operations in the organisation.
He has been responsible in building company's
CTI business and creating a niche for it in the banking
and finance sector. He passionately believes in commiting
less and delivering more. This quality resulted in
customers bestowing a very high level of confidence in
the company.
Prior to joining BK Systems, he was working at Siemens
Limited as Assistant Manager, Engineering and Software
Division. During his tenure he was deputed to Simens AG
for 18 months. The assignment included developing
application software for cement plant automation.
Srikrishna Bhat has received his B.E. with Honours degree
in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Regional
Engineering College, Trichy (now called National Institute
of Technology), one of the premier engineering colleges in India.
