Introduction

With a vision and commitment of providing the best product knowledge to the Contact Center industry, bk systems is conducting seminars and training to the members of the contact center fraternity. The trainings mentioned below are provided free of cost and can be conducted on your site or in our site. Module Description

Zivah Profit

Audience : Top management, CEO's, VP's, Directors

Description :This orientation program is designed for the top management. This seminar presents the major challenges faced by the top management in bringing in efficiency at the contact center. It then moves on to detailing 'the way Zivah' to address these challenges through the module called Zivah Profit.

Zivah Architecture

Audience : Solution architects .

Description : This training is designed for the systems professional managing the contact center logging infrastructure. The training touches on the various architectures available for implementing Zivah and the advantages of each architecture. Emphasis is made on the "Just-in-time" architecture which is unique for Zivah.

Zivah Quality

Audience : Supervisors or Agents who are planning to become supervisors .

Description : Zivah Quality module is designed to enable the Quality Management team in Contact Centers to constantly evaluate and improve performance of agents. This module highlights the need for Quality Monitoring, the process of Quality Monitoring and the methods to be adopted for Quality Monitoring. It then moves on to give details of the next generation Quality Monitoring module of Zivah. Emphasis is made on the uniqueness of the Zivah QM module and how it is different from the traditional logging solutions available in the market.

Zivah Admin

Audience : This module is addressed to the System Administrators in Contact Center.

Description : Zivah Admin module is designed for Zivah System Administration. This training module covers the various administrative features of Zivah. Emphasis is made on the kinds of alerts which Zivah could generate, kinds of logs generated and so on. The focus of the module apart from teaching the traditional administrative tools available also give details of precautions which should be taken to ensure that the Zivah down time is optimally managed.

Zivah Support Center Inaugurated

Zivah Support Center was inaugurated at Chennai (Go to Album) on June 9, 2006 at 'The Eclat',bk SYSTEMS, Chennai by Mr. Ibrahim Ahmad, The Editor, DATAQUEST & Voice & Data. This is an exclusive on line support center for Zivah. Giving the keynote address after the inauguration, Mr. Ibrahim mentioned that IT services in India is growing at a very fast rate and is being recognized worldwide. He highlighted the major challenges being faced by the BPO & contact sector. He also said that Indian IT companies should focus on developing products for the world market.

The Zivah Support Center would provide both Voice, Email and Chat support to customers using Zivah.

Zivah Successfully Launched

Zivah is a web-based Quality Monitoring and Multimedia Interaction logger suite. The product has been designed keeping the current needs of the global enterprise which necessitates close working of partners /customers situated around the globe.

Zivah was successfully launched in Chennai (Go to Album) on May 24, 2006 at Hotel Park Sheration, Chennai. Zivah was launched by Mr. Narasimha Murthy, Senior Vice President, Hinduja TMT Ltd. The keynote addresses were given by the Mr. Ramesh Gudalur, Head, BPO, Cognizant Technology Solutions Ltd and Mr. Bhaskar Subramanian, Executive Vice Chairman, Servion Global Solutions Ltd.

Zivah Live @ Bangalore

The event Zivah Live was successfully held at Trinity Hall,Hotel Taj Residency, Bangalore (Go to Album) on July 19, 2006 to introduce our product "Zivah - A web based Interaction Logger and quality Monitoring Suite" for the contact center sector in Bangalore. We had a product presentation and live demonstration by the Zivah Team.Some thought leaders from the contact center industry came and given the keynote addresses on the importance of quality monitoring as a business enabler.

The key note address was given by Mr.M R Sunderesan - Regional Operations Director , Dell International Services, Mr.Sanjay Agarwal - VP-Technology, Nirvana Business Solutions and Mr.Aman Mustafa -VP Global Services , A C S Commercial Services.
