Zivah Mining is the voice recognition
module of the Zivah Quality monitoring and interaction logger
suite. With this module it is possible for the identification
of the occurrence of certain key phrases expressed by the
customer/agent during the interaction process. This process
enhances the efficiency of quality monitoring, better understanding
of the customer experiences and better campaign management.
Hence it would be possible to greatly increase the number
of calls monitored without substantial increase in the quality
monitoring resource.
