ZIVAH Sunglasses
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return or exchange your Zivah sunglasses in new, unworn condition with the original packaging, which includes the complimentary case and cleaning cloth.
ZIVAH Prescription Glasses
Our priority is ensuring your prescription glasses are done right and you can see beautifully. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your glasses in the original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Special Note: As a purpose-driven optical company, along with your full refund, we will donate your prescription glasses to our Purpose Partner, Eyes of Faith Optical. Your glasses will be given to the Point Hope Vision Clinic in Ghana, West Africa so you will provide the gift of sight to someone in need. Learn more here.

If your Zivah product is a gift for Christmas, you will have 30 days to return or exchange after Christmas Day.
