Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Sunglasses
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return for a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Prescription Glasses
Our priority is to ensure your prescription glasses are done right and you can see beautifully. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your glasses in the original packaging for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Special Note: As a purpose-driven optical company, along with your full refund, since we cannot legally sell your returned prescription glasses, we will donate them to our Purpose Partner, Eyes of Faith Optical. Your glasses will be given to the Point Hope Vision Clinic in Ghana, West Africa so you will still be providing the gift of sight to someone in need. Learn more here.
To start a return, please call us at 833-GO-ZIVAH or email us RETURNS@ZIVAH.COM. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Christmas Gifts
If your Zivah product is a gift for Christmas, you will have 30 days to return or exchange after Christmas Day.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
